Welcome! This site is for people who wish to lead compassionate lives to achieve healthier minds, healthier bodies, and work to create a healthier, more loving planet.
If you’re wondering how to love yourself more, need help on transitioning to a cruelty-free, vegan lifestyle, or looking for advice on how to be a kind, compassionate force in the world for yourself, your fellow humans, animals, and the environment, then you’ve come to the right place.
In early 2017, I found that choosing to live more compassionately in nearly every area of my life (whole foods plant-based eating, consistent exercise, seeking therapy for anxiety and panic disorder, valuing and implementing compassionate communication, etc.) helped me find the joy and peace my soul had been craving for so many years. Getting my mindset and body on healthier paths has benefited my personal relationships, and most importantly, my relationship with self has never been better.
Within the Compassionately Healthy space, I will share my secrets to help you find that same joy, peacefulness, and love within yourself.
Together, we will share our triumphs and setbacks along the way. Choosing to lead a more compassionate life is a continual journey in self-discovery, self-discipline, and self-care.
I hope my content enlightens and pushes you to grow into a more open, loving human so you can transform your own life into something better than anything you ever imagined it could be.
About Natalie Lynn
Natalie Lynn adopted a plant-based lifestyle nearly 17 years ago and lost 30 pounds with her healthy eating and fitness habits. In 2017, she decided to go “full vegan” for her health, all animals, and the planet. She is currently working on her ACE health coach certification, ACE group fitness instructor certification, and studying plant-based nutrition. A veteran digital strategist, writer and editor for nearly a decade, Natalie has been published in quality digital and print publications such as SparkPeople.com, the PayScale blog, eHow, and more.
Natalie’s passions include cooking healthy meals for her friends and family, eating Vietnamese and Thai food, playing piano, singing, writing songs, traveling, and immersing herself in community projects that are dear to her heart.
Natalie currently lives in Portland, Oregon with her best friend, partner, and love of her life, Jeremy.
